Our company's home is Central Chambers, right on the Market Place in the middle of Leyburn. Pop in for a proper chat about your move - the kettle's usually on.
The Yorkshire Dales is a big place, but we're never far away - you can also visit us in Hawes, Settle or Kirkby Stephen. Let us know you're coming and we'll make sure someone's there to welcome you.

Whoever's working will pick up, wherever they happen to be that day - so you'll always reach a real person who knows the patch. Catch us mid-viewing and you might reach voicemail; that's no bad thing. Messages jump ahead of email, and we're sent a transcript straight away. All calls are recorded so nothing gets missed.
There's one regular exception: every weekday morning, from 9:20 to 10:10, the whole team gathers on a video call to run through every live sale - so the phones head to voicemail for that short spell. Leave a message and we'll call you straight back.

Catch us
During the week you'll usually catch us at our desks. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays (Yep!) tend to be mostly about appointments, so we might just be out when you call by - best to ring ahead. Need us outside these hours? Just ask, and we'll do our best to arrange a time that suits.

P.S. We do take Christmas off - even we need a mince pie.
