SCALE OF CHARGES


Introduction Only Lettings Service

£250.00 (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent.

Tenant Find Service

The equivalent of the first month's rent (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent. (Minimum £600.00)

Letting and Rent Collection Service

The equivalent of the first month's rent (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent. (Minimum £600.00) + 6% (inclusive of VAT) of the monthly rent due.

Full Management Service

The equivalent of the first month's rent (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent + 15% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent due, deducted by the Agent. Inventory Service is included. Furnished properties subject to an additional fee of £50 (inclusive of VAT).

Professional Hourly Rate
£40 (inclusive of VAT) + travel at 50p per mile. Charged by the Agent when required to carry out any additional services.

Minimum Fee

Where the Landlord cancels the Agent's instruction to provide a management service, the Agent will charge, and the Landlord will pay, 100% (inclusive of VAT) of the fee's due for the term of the tenancy, not exceeding six months from the commencement date of the tenancy.

VAT is payable at the prevailing rate on all our fees. In accordance with consumer legislation, it is quoted as included in the prices stated above
