I thought Estate Agents were all about photos, viewings and price...well of course they are, but I now know that the real measure of an Agent is how well they look after you once all that's done. Hoppers have been nothing short of amazing from start to finish - fabulous photos, great valuation advice and lots of wellmanaged viewings...and when negotiations got tricky they simply went up a gear and advised me exactly how to keep things on track. Being able to put my trust in their expertise was hugely reassuring at a stressful time, I felt very well looked after and also that they cared about getting the sale us, because of what it meant to us, not just their commission. Ours was a small house, so not huge money them, but they behaved as we were their best customers; Leeselle and Pam - my main contacts - were supportive, professional and kind in equal measure, Alice's photos were exceptional, and Alison and Brian who led many of the viewings are also masters at their craft...they knew exactly how to encourage prospective buyers, what to say and when to leave well alone. Everyone in the office was equally diligent, even I only dealt with them once, nothing was too much trouble. JR Hoppers are absolutely on top of their game, and you won't find better.

I have been renting in a number of places since 2007, and I can honestly say this has been the best experience of this process to date. We have mostly communicated with Angela and Chris: they were incredibly quick to respond, kept us to date with what was necessary and answered all our numerous questions. The referencing process was quite straightforward, the signing of the documents, contract and inventory easy. The inventory document is the most detailed and thorough I have ever seen - since 2007: very impressed with that. We found them to be extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. All the staff we had dealings with were great but a special mention to both Stella and Pam. The viewing with Stella was so informative and she was instrumental in the initial weeks of negotiations and back and forth questions to the vendors. We'll always be grateful for her help and advice. Pam saw the sale through once the price had been agreed and was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire process.
